Kensington
This period property in Kensington needed façade restoration after years of weathering, previous patch repairs and some underlying structural wear. We removed the failed render, repaired damaged stone corbels and filled cracks with lime-based mortar.
The decorative mouldings were re-profiled by hand and the elevation redecorated, restoring the building’s character while making sure the structural issues were properly resolved and the fabric was breathing as it should.
