Aylesbury
This characterful Aylesbury property had structural deterioration and needed a conservation-compliant refurbishment. We carried out a full repoint of the elevations, hand-raking the joints and repointing in lime mortar, and replaced spalled brickwork with matching soft red London bricks.
Failing gable-end timbers were renewed and the property was completely re-roofed using its original tiles supplemented by matched replacements, with the chimneys rebuilt in sympathetic materials. The building was left repaired, renewed and watertight while keeping its period character intact.
