This Oxford property had deteriorated coverings and needed a complete roof overhaul. We stripped the tiles back, inspected the structure and carried out minor repairs to the timbers.
A new breathable membrane and battens were then installed and the roof was fully re-tiled, with the ridges renewed. All leadwork was renewed at the flashings and junctions and the chimney was repaired, leaving a structurally sound, weatherproof roof.
