This Putney homeowner’s roof was beyond repair. We stripped the existing coverings, carried out minor structural repairs to the timbers, and laid a new breathable membrane and fresh battens across the full roof area before recovering the roof and renewing the ridges.
Leadwork was renewed throughout for waterproofing at every flashing, valley and junction, and the chimney received targeted repairs, leaving a fully weatherproof and structurally sound roof.
