This Enfield property had reached the end of its roof’s serviceable life and needed a full strip-and-refit. We began with a structural inspection and carried out repairs where the timbers needed them.
The roof was then fitted with a new breathable membrane and new battens before being re-slated with quality materials, and the ridges were renewed. Leadwork was renewed throughout, and the chimney received targeted repairs for weatherproofing and structural integrity.
